Governed MCP access
A single MCP gateway exposes approved tools to agents while keeping service credentials, entitlements and audit logic server-side.
Switchboard gives approved AI clients governed access to Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, QuickBooks, Cloudflare and more through one MCP gateway. OAuth, audit, DLP and service health stay centralized.

v7 surfaces real probe results, clear reconnect states and auditable service evidence instead of stale token-row assumptions.
Product
A single MCP gateway exposes approved tools to agents while keeping service credentials, entitlements and audit logic server-side.
Meta-tools keep context lean. Code Mode lets approved routes execute through controlled Cloudflare isolates with bundle gates and outbound checks.
Every service state is based on live probes, explicit reconnect paths and operator-visible failure reasons. Green means the connection was actually checked.
Security
Switchboard v7 is designed around the operational work teams do not want each AI agent to reinvent: OAuth, refresh handling, scoped access, DLP, audit evidence and connection diagnostics.
Runs at the edge with custom-domain deployment discipline.
Service tokens are stored encrypted and used only when a permitted call runs.
Agent arguments and outbound bytes are checked before sensitive data leaves the gateway.
Normal MCP and Code Mode paths emit traceable evidence for review.
Connection status is based on provider checks, not stale database rows.
Services, tools and bundles are enabled deliberately across the launch roster.
Launch roster
v7 focuses on the systems Fp Digital and ZeroArc actually use for client delivery, engineering, security operations, finance and sales.
Users or admins connect the approved service using OAuth or a scoped API key.
Switchboard stores credentials securely and maps them to service, user and bundle rules.
The AI client calls Switchboard, which dispatches through normal MCP or controlled Code Mode routes.
Audit, DLP and health evidence stay available for operators and future compliance review.
Google OAuth disclosure
Switchboard uses Google OAuth only to provide requested Google Workspace tools through the MCP gateway. The privacy policy explains the data categories, use limits, retention, deletion and AI/ML training disclosure required for Google verification.
